Regional Regulation 13/1959 on Protection and Exploration of Regional Forest Central Kalimantan

The regulation provides measures for business owners to explore the forest which include,
1. Business owners need to have a license to explore forest resources which entails certain privileges and obligations from the government
2. Business owners need to manage fire for clearing to not spread to other forest areas.
3. Prohibition on cutting down trees around water springs.
4. Coordination with functioning governmental bodies during the process.
