Governor Regulation 15/2010 on Changes to the Governor Regulation 52/2008 on Guidelines for Land and Gardens Clearing in the People of Central Kalimantan

The regulation added a special provision to the Governor Regulation 52/2008 on Guidelines for Land and Garden Clearing for People in Central Kalimantan by stating that those who want to clear using fire their land for agricultural use need to obtain permissions from the authority and it must be limited to less than 5 ha of land.
